We also handle our own claims and employ an actuarial and legal staff. These internal departments allow us to control claims cost, price our coverage properly, and assure that we are in compliance with all rules and regulations in each state where we transact business. Although coverage and price are important, the main concern of all contract/policyholders is claim service. Our adjusters are ASE certified and our telephone system allows us to answer incoming claim calls within an average of 27 seconds.
